Over 2,000 attendees from Maryland, D.C., Delaware, and Virginia are expected to attend this K-16 educational technology conference on April 30 and May 1 at the Baltimore Convention Center. To purchase booth space, please download the exhibitor agreement and fax, mail, or e-mail your forms BY MARCH 1, 2008 to obtain the Early Bird Discount.
BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS
Upon receipt of your Exhibitor Agreement, EdEvents will call your booth contact to make arrangements for the booth assignment location and to confirm booth space.
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
MICCA has numerous opportunities with generous benefits to sponsors who contribute in cash or in kind.
All Sponsorship Opportunities are on a first-come basis, so please contact us as soon as possible if you are interested.
SERVICE KITS from GES (the event Decorator) will be sent to confirmed exhibitors only. Booth payment must be made to MICCA before Service Kits can be sent. Service kits will be sent in March. INTERNET SERVICE
Wireless Internet service must be ordered directly through MICCA for a discounted rate. Please order Internet service using the MICCA 2008 Internet Service Form PDF or Word. Send payment by credit or with check payable to MICCA. You may include the Internet fee with your Exhibit Booth payment. Please check the box on your Exhibit Forms to indicate Internet fee included.
ELECTICAL SERVICE
Electrical service is not included in your exhibit agreement cost. You may order Electrical Service through the Baltimore Convention Center.
EXHIBIT FLOOR PLAN
Marketplace floor plans with names of exhibitors in all of the exhibit locations will be posted in March after the majority of booth contracts have been finalized. PDF maps of the exhibit areas without names of exhibitors are available. Please go to the Marketplace to see choices.
EXHIBITOR IDENTIFICATION
Exhibitors are required to wear badges at all times and are restricted to the display, demonstration, or sale of the company’s product and services as indicated in information provided in this application.
BOOTH PRESENCE
A company representative must be present in the booth during Marketplace hours from 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. on April 30 and May 1.
DECORATOR AGREEMENT
Exhibitors are obligated to abide by the union labor regulations as explained in the GES Service Kit you will receive in March 2008. Neither MICCA nor EdEvents shall be responsible for the loss or damage of exhibitors’ property shipped in advance, stored, or transported to the Baltimore Convention Center for use at this conference. We will assist you in any way we can to make your stay with us at the Baltimore Convention Center a successful and enjoyable experience.
Unopposed exhibit time is from 12:15 p.m. – 1:45 p.m. daily.
